THE FUND Board of Directors
The Board of the Fund meets three times a year, in addition to special meetings (held virtually) as needed. Specific dates and locations are listed at the bottom of this page.
The Board has a variety of committees and task forces, which include deacons who are not board members. Appointments are made at the January board meeting. Persons interested in serving on a committee should review the description of each committee here, and then send a note of interest, including any information that would explain why you would be a contributor to the committee’s work, to our president. Board members serve 3-year terms, beginning in January following the year they're elected.
The bylaws allow for the President and Treasurer to be non-directors but with full voting rights. |
