The Board of the Fund meets three times a year, in addition to the annual membership meeting each Fall. The Spring Board meeting, with strategic planning updates, are held on or about the second Tuesday of May, and tend to run over into a second day. The Fall Board meeting is usually held on the second Tuesday of October. The annual membership meeting will be held just prior to the Fall Board meeting. A virtual board organizational meeting is set for the second Tuesday in January; anyone wishing to be view and participate in the meeting is asked to contact the president at least two days before the meeting. Board meetings are in New York City, where the Fund is incorporated, and typically at TEC offices at 815 Second Avenue, or at Church Pension Group offices.
Members are invited to attend all meetings, although discussions of grants to individuals will be held in closed session.
Change of venue announcement: The 2021 annual meeting location has been moved to the Close Room in Seabury Hall, at the General Theological Seminary, 440 W. 21st Street in Manhattan. To attend, please leave a message at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can put you on the list of attendees.
