Medical grants provide assistance for direct medical expenses for Episcopal deacons with financial need. Examples are hearing aids, dental procedures, medical equipment, and other uncovered medical procedures or expenses.

To Apply for an Medical Grant

1. Download the Request for Assistance Application onto your computer and print it out.

2. Read the directions on how to complete your application in our Guide to Completing the Request.

3. Complete your application and email it to our Grants Administrator, with "Grant Application" in the subject line. You may also mail it to the address on the form.

Our Grants Administrator can help you complete the application and will bring your request to the Board. All information given to The Fund is held in confidentiality. All grants and stipends are reviewed annually, based on updated information.​
